Why bob exists.

I have spent the last few years inside Indian D2C brands, doing the work nobody puts on a pitch deck. Pulling settlement reports at midnight. Rebuilding the same P&L in Excel for the fourth time because Power Query broke again. Checking five seller panels every morning to learn what we sold yesterday. Chasing a courier over a 400-gram parcel they billed as 1.2 kilos.

Here is what I learned: the founders losing this game are not lazy or careless. They are drowning. The same person runs ads, negotiates with vendors, answers Instagram DMs at 1am and files GST. Every tool they buy solves one sliver and adds one more tab. The knowledge of what worked lives in somebody's head, and it leaves when they do.

So I started building the thing I kept wishing existed: one system that reads every report, reconciles every rupee, remembers every test, and hands the founder three decisions instead of nine dashboards. I built versions of it for real brands doing real revenue. The pipelines run tonight, like they ran last night.

bob is that work, productised. Not another dashboard, because dashboards end at charts. Not an agency, because agencies leave and take the learnings with them. A co-founder: one that reads, thinks, acts with your approval, and never forgets.

It speaks in lakhs and crores. It knows what RTO does to your margins and what Diwali does to your cash. It was built on Indian rails because that is where I built it.
